Holidays are coming, and with them, traffic jams at the borders

(Patria) - According to collected data, traffic in most of Bosnia and Herzegovina today is on wet or dry roads. Exceptions are sections in higher mountain areas, over bridges, viaducts, and at tunnel entrances, where ice formation is possible, especially in the evening hours. We draw attention to frequent landslides of soil and stones onto the road. We appeal to drivers to drive with maximum caution on all routes, to adjust their driving to the current road conditions, and not to set off without winter equipment.

Due to works in the Crnaja tunnel (Konjic-Jablanica), traffic is alternating, one lane at a time, during the day, while traffic is suspended at night (11:30 PM to 4:30 AM).

Due to works in the Skela tunnel, on the main road Jajce-Donji Vakuf, traffic is alternating, one lane at a time, during the day, while traffic is suspended at night (10 PM - 6 AM) and diverted to the bypass around the tunnel (Metaling factory circle).

Traffic is slow due to works on the routes: Olovo-Kladanj (Olovske Luke), Jablanica-Mostar (section from Komadinovo vrelo to Begića i Begovića bridge), Blažuj-Gromiljak (Radanovići), Doboj-Gračanica (in Klokotnica), Grude-Ljubuški (at the exit from Grude), and Stolac-Hutovo (in Cerovica).

Due to an activated landslide, traffic on the main road section Foča-Goražde (in Filipovići) is slow, using only one lane.

At the border crossings Velika Kladuša, Izačić, Bosanska Gradiška, and Šepak, there is an increased frequency of vehicles exiting Bosnia and Herzegovina. At other border crossings, waiting times are up to 30 minutes.
