Stanić: We are ready for the elite round of qualifications

The U-17 national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina played two matches against the corresponding Serbian selection as part of preparations for the Elite round of qualifications, achieving a win and a loss. In yesterday's match, the captain's armband was worn by Široki Brijeg player Mato Stanić.

- It is an honor to have worn the captain's armband in a national team match. I am only sorry that we did not win, but the most important thing is that we are ready for the Elite round of qualifications - said Stanić, who believes that our team can reach the European Championship:

 - The group in the qualifications is extremely difficult. We respect every opponent, but we are not afraid of anyone and I believe that we can achieve qualification for the major competition - added Stanić.
