What is being waited for: Still no official announcement that the FBiH Government's Decree on company management has been overturned

The Constitutional Court of FBiH declared the Decree on company management unconstitutional on November 20 last year, but this decision has not yet been officially published by the Constitutional Court of FBiH, writes the Patria News Agency.

Although the President of the Constitutional Court of FBiH, Domin Malbašić, stated that there is a procedure for publication, it is incomprehensible that these procedures are taking so long.

Incidentally, it was Malbašić who was against the Decree being declared unconstitutional, but Patria's source from the Constitutional Court of FBiH stated that the Decree was declared unconstitutional.

We remind you that the Vice President of FBiH, Milan Dunović, sent a request for an assessment of constitutionality to the Constitutional Court of FBiH on June 9, while the public hearing on this request was held at the Court on November 2.

The adoption of this Decree was one of the key reasons for the collapse of the coalition represented by SDA, HDZ, and DF.
