What is written in the documents prepared for the special session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska

(Patria) - "In order to respect the letter of the Dayton Peace Agreement and prevent the collapse of the legal system of RS and BiH, and to create conditions for peace, stability, and economic progress of BiH and the region, we propose that the National Assembly of RS take a stance and adopt appropriate conclusions."

This was stated in the "Information on the collapse of the legal system in BiH by violating the Dayton Peace Agreement", which the National Assembly of RS will consider at tomorrow's special session, starting at 5 PM.

This document lists numerous decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH concerning RS. However, the real reason can only be found at the end, in the section relating to the trial of Milorad Dodik, President of RS, accused of violating the decisions of the Office of the High Representative (OHR).

"The fact that the legal system in BiH has collapsed is unequivocally proven by the fact that a court proceeding is being conducted against the President of RS and the Director of the Public Institution 'Official Gazette of Republika Srpska' for a 'criminal offense' that was criminalized by the decision of the German diplomat Christian Schmidt.

So, however impossible it may sound in the 21st century, the essence of this criminal offense was conceived and 'introduced into the legal system' by an individual who has usurped legislative, judicial, and executive functions in BiH, and who presents himself as an alternative to the highest legislative body in BiH.

Thus, the BiH Prosecutor's Office and the BiH Court are conducting a politically fabricated process against the President of RS, because in exercising his constitutional authority, as the legally elected president of RS, he signed a decree on the promulgation of two laws adopted by the National Assembly of RS, in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the constitution and law, and against the Director of the Public Institution Official Gazette of RS, because he published these same laws in the Official Gazette of RS, which is his legal obligation.

However, contrary to all legal standards and norms, the BiH Prosecutor's Office and the BiH Court are prosecuting elected representatives of RS, using all means, and legal ones the least, in an attempt to turn this farce into a proceeding, thereby making every citizen of RS and BiH a potential victim, because for performing their job and fulfilling their duty they can find themselves in their dock.

The fact that this proceeding has even occurred, considering the way the act was criminalized and the role of the BiH Prosecutor's Office in this process, removes all doubts about the professionalism and integrity of the judicial institutions at the BiH level, because if they existed, this proceeding would not have happened; instead, an investigation would have been launched against the initiator Christian Schmidt in light of his unconstitutional, illegitimate, and illegal actions and the damage he is causing to BiH.

Aware of the meaninglessness of the entire proceeding, the participation in it by representatives of RS is nothing more than a continuation of the struggle with the aim of making the public in BiH aware of the absurdity of the functioning of the legal system in BiH and to protect the citizens of RS and BiH from the arbitrariness of individuals and instrumentalized institutions, and to preserve their dignity, so that BiH finally becomes a sovereign state in which the rule of law is imperative", the Information states.

As Istraga.ba learns, the conclusions will be formulated at tomorrow's session of the NSRS, and some of them will relate to the process against Milorad Dodik himself. According to the information of this portal, one of the conclusions should be that Milorad Dodik no longer attends the trial in the case conducted against him before the Court of BiH.
