What Zvizdić Fulfilled from His Exposition: Magazinović Asked About Two Things, the Prime Minister Ignored the Question

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - At the session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Saša Magazinović (SDP) asked the Chairman of the Council of Ministers, Denis Zvizdić, to clarify how far he had come with the promises from his exposition, specifically regarding his promise to establish a Fund for Reconstruction and Development and the progress on the Law on Strategic Investors.

Zvizdić, responding to the question, pointed out that it is obvious that his exposition is one of the most read materials in the SDP and that he is pleased about it because it is a document that has been almost completely implemented.

As he stated, most of the measures from the exposition have been implemented, citing as an example the unblocking of Bosnia and Herzegovina's European path, which was completely blocked during the time the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina was led by the SDP.

According to him, during his mandate, the Stabilisation and Association Agreement entered into force, the Stabilisation and Association Council began its work, the Stabilisation and Association Committee along with its subcommittees, the work of the Directorate for European Integration was strengthened, the application for EU membership was submitted, answers to the European Commission's questions were provided, and the Tallinn conditions, which had been blocked while the SDP minister was at the helm of the Ministry of Defence of Bosnia and Herzegovina, were fulfilled.

The Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina reminded that the executive authority adopted all key strategies due to which our country lost 400 million euros during the SDP's rule, that IPA funds were unblocked, the reform agenda was adopted, of which over 80 percent of measures have been implemented, and that the number of employees and the level of new investments have increased, and so on.

Magazinović, in his rebuttal, said that a man is the master of his words until he speaks them, because afterwards he becomes their slave.

- You ask the Chairman what the weather is like, and he tells you what time it is. You say no, I'm interested in what the weather is like, and he replies that every clock can tell you that. Well, that's how it is, Mr. Zvizdić, I asked you about two things. At the beginning of your presentation, you quoted Einstein, 'Problems cannot be solved with the same mindset that created them.' Your answer and your mandate are proof of that - said Magazinović.
