Happy Easter to all Orthodox Christians

Today, Orthodox believers in Bosnia and Herzegovina and around the world celebrate the holiday of Easter, the day when Jesus Christ conquered death and rose from the dead.

In all churches and monasteries, midnight and morning holy liturgies are held, which conclude the seven-week Great Lent, and through prayer and reading of the Gospel, the greatest joy of the Christian world is proclaimed.

Easter is the center of the Christian faith, and the intensity of the celebration of Easter has not diminished to this day. Throughout the centuries, it has remained deeply embedded in every Christian soul as the most important moment in the history of mankind. This intensity will last until the second coming of Christ to Earth and the judgment of all humanity.

The Patria News Agency wishes all believers a happy Easter.
