The Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton, in a criminal case against Stanić Ante and others, succeeded in obtaining a decision from the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo, which imposed a temporary measure prohibiting the execution of the decision of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo, which stipulated that the legal entity Stanić Invest d.o.o. Kreševo be compensated for a debt of 4,092,990 KM from the property of Feroelektro d.d. Sarajevo.
- This has prevented the sale of Feroelektro's real estate until the completion of the criminal proceedings against Stanić Ante and others - it was announced from the KS Prosecutor's Office.
