
(Patria) - The Fifth Regular Session of the Municipal Council was held today in the Multifunctional Hall of the Ilidža Municipality.
As the first item on the agenda, councilors considered a Proposal for a Decision on granting consent to the amendment of the Statute of the Public Enterprise Ilidža d.o.o., which enabled its alignment with relevant legal regulations and improvement of the operations of this utility company.
Furthermore, the Municipal Council adopted a Proposal for amending the Decision on scholarships for students who have achieved success and have a certain income per household member in the school/academic year 2024/2025, thereby further supporting the education of young people from the Ilidža municipality area.
One of the more significant adopted decisions concerns the determination of conditions and methods for placing content on building facades, along with a proposed price list for the fee for placing such content in the Ilidža municipality area.
Councilors also adopted a Proposal for a Decision on amendments to the Decision on fees for municipal councilors, presidents of councilor clubs, commission members, members of local community councils, and financing of parliamentary groups and independent councilors of the Ilidža Municipal Council.
On the session's agenda was also a Proposal for a Report on administrative resolution of administrative matters in administrative proceedings for 2024, which was also adopted.
In addition to the above, a Proposal for a Decision on appointing a Commission for public inspection of survey data and cadastral land classification in the cadastral municipality of Hrasnica was adopted, as well as a Proposal for a Decision amending the Decision of the Ilidža Municipal Council number 01-02-3017/24-20 of May 23, 2024, on appointing a Commission for public inspection of survey data and cadastral land classification in the cadastral municipality of Butmir.
The Municipal Council withheld consent from a condominium owner for undertaking extraordinary management actions. During the continuation of the session, councilors asked councilor questions, presented initiatives, and received answers to them.
At the end of the session, councilwomen and councilors of the Municipal Council supported initiatives by Mayor Nermin Muzur. The first concerned establishing cooperation and twinning with the Turkish Municipality of Gebze, and the second concerned naming the Sports and Recreation Centre Sokolović Kolonija, which will bear the name of the late Dženan Memić.
Both initiatives received unanimous support from the Ilidža Municipal Council, which continues to work in the interest of citizens, making decisions that contribute to improving the quality of life in the municipality.
