Slower traffic, snow caused problems

Due to the snow that fell last night in some parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina, traffic is moving somewhat slower. Roads are icy and slippery in places this morning. There is packed snow on the road on sections in higher mountainous areas.

We particularly highlight sections in the western and southwestern part of our country, where there is 2 to 5 cm of snow on the road. Road services are intervening in all places where necessary, and we appeal to drivers to adapt their driving
to road conditions and remind them that possession of winter equipment is
mandatory for all categories of vehicles.

Due to frequent landslides, we draw attention to the roads: Jablanica-Mostar-Doljani, Stolac-Neum, Banja Luka-Teslić, Dobro
Polje-Miljevina-Brod na Drini, Mrkonjić Grad-Crna Rijeka, Jajce-Banja Luka i Turbe-Skender Vakuf-Karanovac. We remind drivers that possession of winter equipment is legally mandatory for all categories of vehicles.
