After that, the Council of Ministers of BiH should adopt the proposal of the Agreement on Friday, which should be confirmed by the Presidency of BiH no later than Monday.

This would create the formal preconditions for the Agreement between BiH and Croatia to be signed on Tuesday in Dubrovnik.
