List of persons pardoned by Živko Budimir

Thanks to the former President of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH) Živko Budimir, 247 convicts received pardons.

Based on this, some of them were released earlier, some had their prison sentences reduced or commuted to suspended sentences or fines. Among those pardoned are seven for whom Budimir enabled the expungement of their convictions, reports the Patria News Agency.

According to data published in the Official Gazette of FBiH, in the period from May 2011 to November 2014, Budimir granted pardons to convicts for: murder, robbery, drug dealing, organizing kidnappings, pimping, abuse of office, violent behavior, causing bodily injury, assaulting officials, traffic offenses, as well as timber theft, writes CIN.
