List of settlements and streets in the center of Sarajevo that will be without water for 24 hours on February 2nd

In the previous period, we have witnessed the construction of the VI transversal and the roundabout in the settlement of Buća potok. The investors of the works are the Directorate of Roads of KS and the Municipality of Novi Grad Sarajevo, while the works are carried out by the companies Euroasfalt and Ergas. As part of the works, the pipelines located in the construction zone have been reconstructed, namely parts of the main pressure pipeline with a DN 700 profile, as well as parts of the distribution system, i.e., pipelines DN 200; DN 300 and DN 400, it was announced by JKP Vodovod i kanalizacija, reports the Patria news agency.

As the works on the water supply installations are in the final phase, on Tuesday, February 2nd, in the early morning hours, the connection to the newly laid DN 700 pipeline will begin. The mentioned pipeline is the main pressure pipeline for transporting water from the main Bačevo source via PS Alipašin most to the Kobilja Glava reservoir.

As these are very complex works that require full attention and precise connection of the pipelines, at 07:00 AM, there will be a disruption in the water supply to the following settlements: Koševsko Brdo, Ciglane, Velešići, Pofalići, Bare – Šip, Ugorsko, Hotonj, Hum Brdo, Kobilja Glava, Borak, Slatina - Poljine, and the streets Koševsko, Patriotske Lige, Alipašina, Jezero, Danijela Ozme, Hasana Kikića, Kemal Begova, Crni Vrh, Odobašina, Kalemova, Omera Stupca, Avde Jabučice, Gorica, Tepebašina, Ključka, Mostarska, Goruša, Sutjeska.

We expect the normalization of the water supply situation in the mentioned localities in the morning hours of the next day (Wednesday), February 3rd.
