List of public and private healthcare facilities in Sarajevo Canton that have verified their equipment

SARAJEVO, (Patria) – The verification laboratory „Verlab“ has provided the Ministry of Health of Sarajevo Canton (KS) with information on healthcare facilities that have performed legal verification of medical equipment in accordance with the Law on Metrology of BiH in the Sarajevo Canton area.

Through checks of the e-database, Verlab determined that as of November 15, 2021, 73 public and private healthcare facilities had performed verification.

Verification was carried out by the University Clinical Center Sarajevo (KCUS), the Sarajevo Canton Emergency Medical Service Institute, the Public Institution Sarajevo Canton Health Center, the Sarajevo Canton Institute for Occupational Medicine, the Sarajevo Canton Institute for Sports Medicine, the "Prim.dr. Abdulah Nakaš" General Hospital, the Institute for the Health Protection of Students, the Sarajevo Canton Psychiatric Hospital, the Institute for the Health Protection of Workers in Transport, the Sarajevo Canton Institute for Addiction Diseases, TMP – Association for the Employment of Blind and Visually Impaired Persons Sarajevo, the Institute for the Health Protection of Workers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton, the Faculty of Dentistry of the University of Sarajevo, and the Federal Civil Protection Administration.

Verlab noted that healthcare facilities not listed in their database have never performed legal verification of medical equipment.
