That deputies from the smaller BiH entity sitting in the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH use every opportunity to belittle everything with a state prefix is a fact witnessed by all who follow the work of the PSBiH, writes the Patria news agency.
However, they have never renounced the benefits provided by the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina and its citizens, which frustrates all three peoples in the country. Particularly prominent in this regard are SNSD deputies, who regularly received salaries even when they demonstratively left sessions and did not participate in work, not once but nearly ten times last year.
The latest case of belittling the state and its institutions was orchestrated by Nikola Špirić (SNSD) when he posed a question to Adil Osmanović, Minister of Civil Affairs of BiH.
Namely, Špirić requested Minister Osmanović to answer on the basis of which law or by-laws he appointed acting directors of management and supervisory boards of seven so-called institutions of cultural significance for BiH.
In his response, Osmanović did not remain indebted to Špirić and immediately stated clearly that in this specific case it is not about "so-called" institutions of cultural significance for BiH, but that they exist as an indisputable legal fact.
We remind you, these are the National Museum and Historical Museum of BiH, the Museum of Literature and Performing Arts of BiH, the Art Gallery of BiH, the National and University Library of BiH, the Library for the Blind and Visually Impaired of BiH, and the Cinematheque of BiH.
- I want to emphasize that the mentioned cultural institutions of BiH preserve the cultural heritage of all peoples on the territory of BiH, meaning they possess movable and immovable property owned by BiH, whereby no transfer of founding rights of BiH cultural institutions from the Republic of BiH, whose legal continuity is continued by BiH, has occurred, as established in several court decisions, because this requires the consent of the Council of Ministers, which in this regard is the legal successor of the former Government of RBiH - Osmanović emphasized, rejecting Špirić's claims that the Ministry of Civil Affairs is creating new budget users.
