
(Patria) - Thirty years after the end of the war, citizens of BiH live in a peaceful and secure environment, and have shown their resilience, talent, and ability to succeed in many areas.
This was written on the X platform by the Head of the EU Delegation to BiH and EU Special Representative in BiH, Ambassador Luigi Soreca, on the occasion of today's statement by the Steering Board of the Peace Implementation Council.
However, Soreca stated, obstacles still remain that prevent the country from reaching its full potential.

"Focusing on the European Union accession process will help BiH address these obstacles in a structured and comprehensive manner," Soreca emphasizes.
According to him, political actors in Bosnia and Herzegovina have the power to achieve progress.
"Thirty years after Dayton, we call on them to strengthen peace, stability, and prosperity by taking the necessary steps quickly to launch accession negotiations and move the country forward on the path to EU membership," Soreca added.
