(Patria) - The head of the SNSD Club in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament, Sanja Vulić, addressed the Collegium of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament today on behalf of the Club due to the "misuse of the official website of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament for political and party purposes".
A statement by the head of the SDP Club in this House, Saša Magazinović, which was sent to the media on Sunday, December 21, was published on the BiH Parliament website. Today, this statement cannot be found on the website parlament.ba.

Magazinović posed several questions to Milorad Dodik regarding waste disposal on the BiH border (Trgovska Gora case), which the SNSD interpreted as a party statement.

The SNSD Club, in its address to the Collegium, states:
“The aforementioned statement contains extremely political, personal, and party views, direct challenges and accusations, and does not represent an act, position, or decision of the House of Representatives as an institution. The official website of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament cannot and must not be used as a platform for promoting the views of any MP or political party”.
They further demand that the Collegium inform them who and on what authority approved the publication of the aforementioned content, that responsibility be determined for the misuse of official communication channels, and that, if there are elements of a breach of official duty, disciplinary proceedings be initiated.
