SNSD, which decorated convicted war criminals, again seeks Džaferović's removal!?

SNSD delegates in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina again today requested the removal of Šefik Džaferović from the position of Chairman of this House, NAP reports. 

Staša Košarac (SNSD) said that Džaferović should not speculate publicly about this as a match between SNSD and the Alliance for Change.

- That is not fair on your part. I know you are uncomfortable hearing this – said Košarac.

Denis Bećirović (SDP) said he spoke out of fairness.

- We all know colleague Džaferović, aside from our political affiliation. We can stand in defense of an innocent man. It is utterly inappropriate for you to lecture us here and point this out to colleagues, while at the same time the party you come from decorates convicted war criminals. That is absurd and unacceptable – emphasized Bećirović.

He added that this is being done deliberately because they are “softening those who defend the territorial integrity of BiH”.

- This is beheading all those who advocate for the preservation of the state of BiH and the Constitution of BiH – added Bećirović.

From SNSD, Džaferović is accused of alleged war crimes during the war in BiH. The accusations were repeated today by Staša Košarac. Džaferović has denied responsibility for any crimes. The Prosecutor's Office of BiH also previously confirmed that there is no investigation into the case of Džaferović's possible responsibility for crimes during the war in BiH.

We remind you, this proposal for Džaferović's removal was submitted by the SNSD Club at the last session as well, but was not adopted, after which SNSD delegates left the session of the PA BiH. Incidentally, during almost the entire previous eight-month chairmanship of Džaferović of the House of Representatives of the PA BiH, SNSD did not attend sessions.
