SNS and DNS reach agreement, SNSD in FBiH should remain only with HDZ

In Bosanski Petrovac, cooperation between the Serbian Progressive Party and DNS in the Federation of BiH was agreed. This could also mean a joint appearance in the 2022 elections. Party presidents Duško Radun and Nenad Nešić stated that the priority is to change the bad policy that SNSD has been conducting towards returnees in FBiH for the last 20 years. The cooperation agreement is only a continuation of processes already initiated on the ground, where SNSD was ousted from power in the Livno Canton.

SNS and DNS will try to gather other Serbian parties as well, so that by 2020 SNSD remains exclusively supported by HDZ. At the municipal level, practical cooperation has already been established, and Radun and Nešić estimate that a united Serbian list without SNSD could win two seats in the Livno Canton. The meeting was also attended by DNS Vice President Radislav Jovičić, DNS Secretary General Draško Rodić, and Dejan Prošić, president of the DNS Municipal Board of Bosanski Petrovac.
