Snow causes problems on roads in Bosnia and Herzegovina

(Patria) - Due to new snowfall that has affected most of Bosnia, we especially warn about sections in higher mountainous areas, where the use of chains is recommended for trucks with trailers and semi-trailers.

Traffic is difficult and slow on the following sections: Banja Luka-Kneževo-Turbe, Banja Luka-Čađavica via Manjača, Kotor Varoš-Teslić via Borje, Mrkonjić Grad-Glamoč via the Mlinište pass, Šipovo-Strojice-Kupres, Prozor-Gornji Vakuf/Uskoplje.

Due to winter driving conditions in Croatia, trucks over 7.5 tons cannot travel at the Izačić border crossing.

At the Velika Kladuša and Gradiška border crossings, there is increased vehicle frequency at the exit from Bosnia and Herzegovina. At other border crossings, waiting times are shorter.
