Snow that has been falling in Sarajevo since the afternoon hours brought down a large tree onto the main road in the city center, causing tram and car traffic to be temporarily suspended, reports a reporter for the Bosnian news agency Patria.
The Ministry of Interior of the Sarajevo Canton confirmed that there were no injuries, and workers from KJKP Park immediately arrived at the scene to remove the tree. They were joined by Sarajevo firefighters, who together cleared the tree from the road and the tracks.
