Strong wind uprooted a tree near Mostar

(Patria) - A strong gust of wind early this morning uprooted trees near Mostar.

In the settlement of Ortiješ, a tree fell onto the road due to a strong bora, which made it difficult for drivers on that part of the road.

The road service immediately became active and began its removal.

The Federal Hydrometeorological Institute has announced cloudy weather with sleet and snow for today. Precipitation is expected to stop in Herzegovina during the afternoon.

A moderate to strong bora will blow in Herzegovina and southwestern Bosnia, and a weak to moderate northerly wind, with occasional strong gusts, in the rest of the country.

Air temperature will generally be between 0 and 5°C, and between 7 and 11°C in the south of the country.
