Can Minister Čampara Send Special Forces to Mostar?

By Rasim Belko

The Civil Protection Headquarters of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton is, by all indications, following Dragan Čović's policy and using the coronavirus situation to demonstrate disobedience.

It seems that, in addition to attempts regarding the Election Law, Čović and his executors are also trying to control healthcare in order to create a third entity named HZ HB.

How else can yesterday's message from the HNK Civil Protection Headquarters be interpreted, stating that they will not send samples for further coronavirus testing to the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo. Furthermore, this headquarters states that this was agreed upon at the level of the two centers.

Of course, they are not telling the truth, and they were refuted by the director of the UNSA Clinical Center, Sebija Izetbegović, who stated for N1: "Apart from the sample of the first infected person in Mostar, no other sample has been sent from SKB Mostar to the center located in this clinic, which is surprising and raises many questions.".

We remind you that KCUS is the reference center for the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and it is not stated anywhere that additional tests are sent at discretion or according to other principles.

After they placed Dragan Čović's brother-in-law in the University Clinical Hospital Mostar, the director of this hospital, Ante Kvesić, became the subject of ridicule on social media due to his behavior at the press conference, which was at best inappropriate.

He is a man who has been at the head of SKB Mostar for over two and a half decades. From Gojko Šušak to Dragan Čović. He has survived all the dreamers of HZ HB. This in itself is so dangerous that someone should have reacted immediately after his press conference.

But they didn't, because the Minister of Health of FBiH, Vjekoslav Mandić, is also a protégé of Dragan Čović. Initially, he organized a few conferences and then disappeared. Unavailable and unresponsive to journalists' inquiries.

Jelka Milićević, although the commander of the Federal Civil Protection Administration's Crisis Headquarters, no longer appears either.

Is Dragan Čović playing a dirty game again?

We didn't doubt that he would use his power in the land of Herzegovina. Just as he didn't care about the health of vulnerable Croats when he sent his brother-in-law through the "corridor" of influence to the hospital. We know the rest of the story.

However, there is one part that is an open secret, but not discussed.

The story goes that some powerful figures from Mostar were with Čović's brother-in-law, Velimir Pralas, in Italy, and they were accompanied by ladies of questionable morals. After Pralas tested positive for coronavirus, these powerful figures fled the city.

It is suspected that they are also infected. This is one of the reasons why Kvesić, or rather SKB Mostar, refuses to send tests to the reference center in Sarajevo. To avoid exposing the cronies from the HDZ's rabble.

And all of this is enabled by the Herzegovinian reign of terror of the promoters of the "Herceg-Bosna" idea.

Meanwhile, a curfew has been declared in the Federation from 6 PM to 5 AM. They say it's a measure proposed by Aljoša Čampara, the Minister of Internal Affairs from SDA. Measures must be respected, but the question is who is Čampara, forgive me, fooling.

They banned movement for those under 18 and over 65, introduced a curfew, i.e., a ban on movement for everyone. For whom and why, Mr. Čampara. What curfew when your partner in crime is smuggling infected people into the hospital.

Will you arrest anyone, Minister Čampara? Only God knows how many laws have been broken in recent days. Are you aware of this, and do you dare to do it, Minister Čampara? Why don't you arrest Ante Kvesić, who is directly responsible for the spread of infection in the hospital in Mostar.

The HNK Civil Protection Headquarters refuses to send tests to Sarajevo, Mr. Čampara. This is a direct endangerment of public health. Will you send FUP special forces to Mostar?

No, the question is, Minister Čampara, DO YOU DARE? These are your political partners at almost all levels. And they have already shown you their teeth once at Bradina.

Gentlemen, if you continue to hide in Sarajevo and look away, thanks to your coalition partners, Mostar will become a cluster city, and when the corona passes, very possibly the capital city of Herceg-Bosna.

Article 229 of the Criminal Code of FBiH gives you a free hand, the only question is, are you protecting the law or your partners?
