Dismissed director of the "Odraz" Foundation Vinko Jakić took the seals of this institution, confirmed for the BH news agency Patria (NAP) from sources in this foundation.
Namely, the Supervisory Board of the Foundation for Sustainable Development dismissed the compromised Jakić from the Croatian Party of Rights BiH this week, and appointed Samir Ćatović in his place. However, Jakić apparently could not come to terms with losing his position, and took the official seals with him upon leaving.
As we learn, the new management is also considering legal action if Jakić does not return the seals to the Foundation urgently.
Otherwise, "Odraz" is a specialized foundation through which international financial organizations provide favorable loans and assistance to small and medium-sized enterprises. Due to Jakić, 110 million marks from the World Bank were blocked last year, because this institution did not verify Jakić as a partner.
Jakić is, incidentally, the former owner and director of the company "Vindex" and a man who was tried several times for fraud and tax evasion, reports NAP.
