Do Krešić and the like object to calls for 'readiness and vigilance' because they are an obstacle to the disappearance of Bosnia and Bosniaks as a nation!?

Every time a Bosniak politician or religious official of the Islamic Community warns Bosniaks to be vigilant, considering that the danger of aggressive policies seen in the 1990s has not passed, someone from the Serbian or Croatian spectrum emerges to present it, at the very least, as fear-mongering.

Serbia is continuously arming itself; its president, since taking over the political scene, speaks of a threat to Serbia, and in the current election campaign, he resembles Milošević more than the president of some new Serbia.

It is similar in Croatia; weapons of the highest lethality standards are being procured. Croatia even wanted to militarily enter BiH under the guise of European forces.

However, the biggest problem is when someone tells Bosniaks, “be vigilant,” or when a Bosniak says, “that no Bosniak woman will be raped again.”

Zoran Krešić, HDZ's megaphone in Večernji list, and a journalist for Herceg-Bosna radio, whose leaders were convicted of the worst crimes, today published a discussion from some gathering near Zenica, where muderris Nezim Halilović spoke. Comparing the situation in Gaza with what Bosniaks experienced in Bosnia and Herzegovina, he said that this must not happen again and that Bosniaks must be ready.

Furthermore, Krešić interpreted the words of Imam Harun Hodžić of the wartime mosque on Igman, that hunting societies should be cleared of drunkards and that these associations should be ready for the defense of the country, and highlighted them in the headline as a call for hunting associations to become an army.

And this is now a practice, as in the same context, the words of the reisu-l-ulema Husein ef. Kavazović, SDA president Bakir Izetbegović, and others have been misused.

The question arises: does the call for vigilance and readiness of Bosniaks to not again face genocide and a joint criminal enterprise bother Krešić and the like because they want Bosnia to fall by a whisper and Bosniaks to disappear silently? Because it's not as if we haven't seen such a scenario three decades ago, nor is there a lack of information that such attempts could be repeated in the future.

The official policies of Croatia and Serbia are in maximum offensive mode to prevent a functional, integral Bosnia and Herzegovina, which in translation practically means the disappearance of Bosniaks through their ghettoization in various elements.

And Krešić and those like him do not interpret this as a threat to this country, to peace and stability in Bosnia and Herzegovina, or even to the Balkans as a whole, but when someone says, “Bosniaks, be vigilant,” then it is the action of Islamists, a call to organize an army, to war, and the like.

And precisely such writing perhaps best justifies the need for Bosniaks and all who love Bosnia and Herzegovina to sleep with their eyes open. Because the fact that followers of policies of aggression, joint criminal enterprise, and genocide object to the call for caution from a state-building nation targeted by the hegemonism of Belgrade and Zagreb is actually the best proof of the need for vigilance.

In other words, as long as Serbia and Croatia are ruled by policies rooted in Tuđman and Milošević's “napkin plan,” and their branches in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bosniaks and all who love Bosnia and Herzegovina must be both vigilant and ready.

Anything else is a path to disappearance according to a scenario already seen.
