
(Patria) - The beginning of the second half of January, in terms of air temperatures, will be similar to the first days of this year, which means a winter without a real winter. Minus temperatures will remain in the
mountains. In lower areas, minus temperatures will be rare and weak, mainly near the ground.
Unstable weather will prevail with rain in lower areas, while snow and sleet will fall
mainly in mountainous and sub-mountainous areas. Expected precipitation in the central
and northern parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina will not be abundant or constant. Higher amounts of precipitation are likely in the south and southwest of the country. The most precipitation is forecast for Thursday (18.01.) and Friday (19.01.).
Minimum air temperatures will range from -2°C to 3°C in Bosnia, and from 5°C to 9°C in the Herzegovina region. Maximum daily temperatures will be between 4°C and 9°C in Bosnia,
up to 14°C in the south of the country. From Thursday, maximum temperatures will be from 8°C to 14°C, and up to 17°C in the south.
In the period from 21.01. to 29.01., variable cloudiness, partly
sunny and stable weather will prevail. Minus temperatures are likely in the morning hours, which will be more pronounced in the central areas. During the day, air temperatures will generally be above zero.
