Sladić: Wind gusts in BiH up to 60 km/h on Friday night into Saturday

Wind gusts of 30 to 40 km/h are expected in BiH on Friday night into Saturday. This was warned for Patria by Nedim Sladić, from the non-governmental organization Bosnian Storm Chasers (Bosnia Storm Chasers).

- Towards the end of the day, with the establishment of a pressure difference between lower pressure from the north and higher pressure from the south, a southeasterly flow will be established, which will directly result in wind from the south and southeast. The wind will gradually gain strength towards the end of the day – says Sladić.

- On Friday night into Saturday, gusts of 30 to 40 km/h are expected, but as we approach morning, these wind gusts will reach up to 60 km/h, which should not cause major damage.

A moderate to strong wind from the southeast will also blow on Saturday until around midday, when it will begin to gradually lose its strength, NAP writes.
