SKY AND ANOM CASES: Only one case concluded, seven still on trial

(Patria) - The BiH Prosecutor's Office has released information on SKY and ANOM cases and indictments filed and confirmed to date, as well as the status of these cases.

The first indictment was filed in the Transporter case against Dalibor Railić and seven other individuals on December 6, 2022. In this case, which is being handled by the BiH Court, the BiH Prosecutor's Office is presenting evidence.

The indictment against Ratković Saša et al. (9 individuals) in the "Odin" operation was filed on January 18, 2023. In this case as well, the Prosecutor's Office is presenting evidence.

In the Bibić Sako et al. case (5 individuals) – the "Diablo" operation, the indictment was filed on February 15, 2023, and the Prosecutor's Office is presenting evidence.

The indictment against Milan Matković was filed on March 10, 2023, and the Prosecutor's Office is presenting evidence.

In the Staza case, Dragan Pejović, known as "Bosanac," et al. (14 individuals) were indicted on June 14, 2023. The case has been closed for 12 defendants. The case remains open for Goran Novčić and Miloš Kovačević. For details of the case and the sentences received by the defendants, see here.

In the Storage 1 and 2 cases, and the Transporter operation, Bojan Cvijetić and 18 other individuals and three companies were indicted. The indictment was filed on September 20, 2023. The Prosecutor's Office is presenting evidence.

In the Golub case against Dragan Gajić and six other defendants, a court process is underway in which the Prosecutor's Office is presenting evidence. The indictment was filed on October 24, 2023.

In the Trn case, two individuals, Nedeljko Lubura and Bojan Roguljić, were indicted for a corruption offense.
The indictment was filed on January 8, 2024, and the case was closed as an agreement on admitting guilt was reached with both defendants, and the BiH Court ruled on March 11, 2024.

Nedeljko Lubura, employed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska at the time of the offense, was sentenced to two years in prison, and Bojan Roguljić was sentenced to one year in prison and a fine of 10,000 KM.
