KS Assembly to convene on May 5: Laws on internal affairs, concessions, and possession of weapons on the agenda

(Patria) - Members of the Collegium of the Sarajevo Canton (KS) Assembly unanimously decided that the 30th working session of this legislative body will be held on Tuesday, May 5, starting at 9:00 AM.

During the Collegium session, materials within the Assembly's jurisdiction were proposed, including draft laws, decisions, and other acts that will be subject to consideration by the deputies at the mentioned session.

The agenda, among other things, will include draft decisions on the verification of decisions on awarding public recognitions of KS for 2025 (Honorary Citizen and KS Plaque), the Draft Program for marking KS Day for the period from May 2 to May 9, as well as draft laws from the fields of internal affairs, police officers, concessions, and the procurement, possession, and carrying of weapons and ammunition.

The Draft Program for the development of protection and rescue for the period 2026-2030, the Draft Decision on granting consent for the purchase and sale of land for the purpose of shaping a construction plot, reports on the work of committees and other Assembly bodies, as well as reports from the fields of security, judiciary, healthcare, social policy, and economy will also be considered.

Furthermore, a number of reports related to the security situation, the work of judicial institutions, the realization of economic incentives, as well as the financial operations of public institutions and companies will be presented to the deputies.
