KS Assembly on public transport in KS, GRAS, social protection...

SARAJevo, (Patria) - The KS Assembly will hold its 47th working session today, with several legal solutions on its agenda, as well as a decision on the temporary financing of the needs of Sarajevo Canton for the period from 01/01/2022 to 03/31/2022, given that the KS Budget has not yet been adopted. Although the public debate has been completed due to the 12-day deadline for materials submitted to the procedure, the Budget should be adopted at the first working session in 2022.

The agenda includes the Proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the Decision on temporary financing of the Sarajevo Canton Health Insurance Fund for the period 01/01/2022 to 03/31/2022, and the Proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the Decision on temporary financing of the needs of the Public Institution "Employment Service of Sarajevo Canton" Sarajevo for the period 01/01/2022 to 03/31/2022.

Deputies will consider the Proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Social Protection, Protection of Civilian Victims of War and Protection of Families with Children, the Proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Concessions, the Proposal of the Law on Roads of Sarajevo Canton, the Proposal of the Law on Public Passenger Transport in Sarajevo Canton; Proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Traffic Regulation in the Territory of Sarajevo Canton - abbreviated procedure.

Also to be considered is the Proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the Statute on Amendments to the Statute of the Public Institution "Apoteke Sarajevo", the Proposal of the Decision on Amendments to the Decision on the Establishment of the Sarajevo Canton Health Insurance Fund, the Proposal of the Decision on Amendments to the Decision on Declaring Public Property and Natural Resources of Parts of the Company Managed by KJKP "GRAS" d.o.o. Sarajevo and their exclusion from the initial balance sheet and privatization program.

The last item on the agenda is the Proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the annex to the Business Cooperation Agreement, which regulates mutual relations on the implementation of the project for the reconstruction, financing, transfer, equipping and use of the preschool institution "Ciciban" with the Municipality of Novo Sarajevo and the Association of Families of Children and Persons with Developmental Disabilities "Give Us a Chance", and giving consent to the acting director of the Public Institution "Djeca Sarajeva" to sign the mentioned annex to the Agreement with the Municipality of Novo Sarajevo and the Association of Families of Children and Persons with Developmental Disabilities "Give Us a Chance".
