KS Assembly on December 29 to discuss budget for 2024.

(Patria) - The Collegium of the Sarajevo Canton (KS) Assembly, led by Assembly Speaker Elvedin Okerić, determined that the 13th working session will be held on Friday, December 29, starting at 8:30 AM.

At this session, representatives will, among other things, consider the Draft Budget of KS for the next year.

The members of the Collegium also determined the agenda for the session, which includes the following items:

1. Deputies'/Representatives' questions, initiatives, and answers;

2. Draft Work Program of the KS Assembly for 2024;

3. Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Additional Rights of Veterans-Defenders of Bosnia and Herzegovina (abbreviated procedure);

4. Draft Decision authorizing the Ministry for Veterans' Affairs of KS to enter into property-legal agreements, specifically: Agreement on pooling funds for the purchase of apartments for allocation to members of the defender population, between the KS Fund for Housing Construction for Families of Martyrs and Fallen Defenders, War Disabled Veterans, and Displaced Demobilized Veterans, as the seller/investor, and the Ministry for Veterans' Affairs of KS, as the buyer/fund pooler, pooling funds for the purchase of 16 housing units to be built in the municipality of Ilijaš, Centar-Ilijaš location, Centar building, for allocation to members of the defender categories who are entitled to them in accordance with applicable regulations;

5. Draft Budget of KS for 2024;

6. Draft Law on the Execution of the KS Budget for 2024;

7. Draft Law on the Register of Financial Obligations in KS;

8. Draft Decision on accepting the loan under the Financing Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Investment Bank (EIB) for the implementation of the project "Sarajevo Urban Transport - Additional Funds";

9. Draft Decision authorizing the Financial Plan of the Public Institution "Employment Service of KS" Sarajevo for 2024, along with the Decision on the Execution of the Financial Plan of the PI "Employment Service of KS" for 2024; and

10. Draft Decision authorizing the Draft Lease Agreement to be concluded between the KS Tourist Board and the Municipality of Centar Sarajevo.
