SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Collegium of the Sarajevo Canton Assembly agreed at today's session that the previously announced 23rd working session, instead of the 25th, will be held on March 23 this year, and will be primarily dedicated to adopting concrete conclusions aimed at preventing the occurrence of coronavirus in Sarajevo Canton.
At this session, which will be organized under special conditions, the first item on the agenda will be the consideration of information on the epidemiological situation and the state of the healthcare system in KS.
Within the same item, a concrete set of economic measures will be proposed, aimed at providing assistance and support to employers in KS during the state of emergency declared due to the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak.
It was emphasized that these measures will be defined and prepared in advance and jointly by the presidents of all party caucuses represented in the KS Assembly, and by the members of the Collegium.
It was also agreed, in consultation with Prime Minister Marijo Nenadić, that in the future, the presidents of certain assembly commissions will attend KS Government sessions to provide concrete expert support to its work.
It was agreed that the item "Assembly Members' Questions, Initiatives, and Answers" will be moved to the last place on the proposed agenda.
