HNK Assembly adopts budget rebalance in the amount of 369,243,240 KM

(Patria) - The ninth regular session of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton Assembly was held today in Mostar, where several important documents were discussed.

The representatives adopted the Amendments and Additions to the HNK Budget for 2023 in the amount of 369,243,240 KM.

The Amendments and Additions to the 2023 Budget, among other things, plan to cover the deficit from the previous period in the amount of 8,500,000 KM, of which 4,500,000 KM relates to covering part of the deficit incurred in 2018 in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Budgets of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Also, an amount of 2,000,000 KM is planned based on the Agreement on the Method of Fulfilling HNK's Obligations to the City of Mostar, which will be redirected to Mostar Airport, and 2,000,000.00 KM based on the conclusion of the Out-of-Court Settlement Agreement and the Agreement on Debt Settlement with the Municipality of Prozor-Rama.

The Law on Amendments and Additions to the Law on Execution of the HNK Budget for 2023 was discussed and adopted, and the Framework Budget Document of HNK for the period 2024-2026 was also adopted.
