(Patria) - More than a hundred citizens gathered today in the center of Sarajevo to show support for the Palestinian people through a new protest rally.
Gathering in Sarajevo in support of Gaza
A peaceful march to the Historical Museum of Sarajevo has started, organized by the Egyptian diaspora association, all with the aim of showing support and solidarity with the people of Palestine.
Citizens are carrying flags and banners with messages of support for the people of Palestine. “Stop the genocide”, “Ceasefire”, “Stop killing innocent people”, are some of the messages on the banners.
“I am here today to support this rally and protest against the genocide in Gaza. Today is also Human Rights Day. This entire month is also marked by the fight for women's rights, human rights, children's rights. The activities taking place this month are related to the fight against violence,” one of the participants told N1.
The rally is planned to last until 2:00 PM.
