(Patria) - Dozens of citizens gathered today in the square opposite the City Hall in Sarajevo to express support for the people of Palestine.
"For freedom, truth, and justice" is the name of the protest organized to express solidarity and support for Palestinians, especially after the Israeli airstrike on Rafah on May 26, which hit a camp for displaced persons, writes N1.
The attendees, carrying symbols of Palestine - flags, badges - called for peace worldwide, emphasizing that the killing of innocent civilians, especially children, hurts them the most.

The protest gathering began with recitation, followed by a panel discussion "Bosnia and Herzegovina for Palestine." Participants in the panel discussion included historians, academics, and genocide researchers.
A short film screening, a performance by a children's choir, and a humanitarian bazaar are also planned. Funds from everything purchased by the gathered citizens will be donated to the people of Palestine.
Traffic flow in this part of Sarajevo has been altered until 9 PM.
