Jump into Kazan: 30 competitors from BiH and the region jump from a height of 17 meters

The traditional event „Jump into Kazan" will be held today starting at 5 PM on the main city beach Stari pazar in Konjic, reports the Patria news agency.

At this international competition in extreme jumping, 30 competitors from BiH and the region will participate, jumping from a rock at a height of 17 meters into the water, which represents a natural depression in the rocks, with an area of four square meters.

“Jump into Kazan” will be held for the 18th consecutive year today by the Triathlon Association of BiH in cooperation with the Eco village Boračko jezero.

The goal of holding the event is to promote sports and recreational activities, extreme sports, and the protection of the Neretva River.

The competition itself is a real attraction in Konjic. Competitors will jump from a rock at a height of 17 meters into the water, into a natural depression in the rocks, measuring 2x2x2 meters.
