Scandal in RS: Cvijanović Doesn't Know the Name of the Fund Director from Which the Government is Borrowing?!

Prime Minister of Republika Srpska Željka Cvijanović was unable to answer today the question of what the name of the director of the American investment fund from which Republika Srpska is supposed to borrow 300 million dollars, reports the Patria news agency.

Cvijanović said that journalists had the opportunity to check that, but she herself did not provide an answer.

-Well, right now I don't know what to tell you and I won't tell you, Cvijanović said upon the persistent insistence of journalists regarding the name of the director of the fund from which the Government is supposed to borrow for Republika Srpska.

-We have verified the name of the director and that fund, and we have held talks for several months, she said.

She added that the borrowing involves favorable interest rates and that they would obtain them only under what is called "friendly terms," reports RTVBN.
