Scandal at the final hearing in the Memić case: Judge left the hearing!?

(Patria) - During the closing arguments, the lawyer for the Memić family, Ifet Feraget, stated that this case is the biggest judicial scandal in BiH.

After that, panel member Silvana Brković Mujagić said to stop threatening and demonstratively left the courtroom. After a five-minute break, she returned to the courtroom.

Feraget said that this case requires a response from the VSTV, because a panel member cannot and must not interrupt a hearing; only the panel president can.

Before the closing arguments of both sides and the injured parties, the supplemented expert opinion of the medical profession was presented. Medical expert Vlado Marković, explaining his findings, repeatedly stated that the injuries on Dženan Memić's body were caused by a blunt object and completely ruled out the possibility of a traffic accident.

The verdict will be announced on Monday, January 13 at 2:15 PM.
