Skaka visits the Mayor of Vienna: Strengthening cooperation in tourism and smart technologies

(Patria) - The cities of Sarajevo and Vienna will strengthen cooperation and implement joint projects in various fields of culture, tourism, and especially smart technologies, it was stated today after a meeting between Sarajevo Mayor Abdulah Skaka and Vienna Mayor Michael Ludwig in the Austrian capital.

Mayor Skaka congratulated his colleague on assuming the position of the first man of Vienna, and expressed the expectation that the two friendly cities will deepen ties and expand areas of joint action.

"We had very substantive and very concrete discussions. We considered participation in some urban development projects, strengthening tourism potential, and cooperation in the field of smart technology application," emphasized Mayor Skaka.

There was also talk about organizing the events "Days of Sarajevo in Vienna" and "Days of Vienna in Sarajevo" with the aim of promoting culture and tourism, and bringing together artists and citizens of these two cities.
Mayor Skaka stated that he is very encouraged by the talks and is convinced that with the new Mayor of Vienna, there will be solid, continuous, and concrete cooperation in mutual interest.
