Session of the FBiH Government: Agenda includes exemption of mines from diesel fuel tolls

The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina will, at today's session which began in Sarajevo, consider the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Civil Service in the FBiH, it was announced from the Government, reports the Patria news agency.

Furthermore, the Government will declare itself on the submission of a proposal to the Management Board of the Indirect Taxation Authority for the exemption of eleven mines in the Federation of BiH from paying tolls on diesel fuel for 2016 in quantities intended for production, totaling 29,178,966 liters.

The agenda also proposes consideration of the Program for the use of funds intended as support for cinematography, amounting to a total of 1,760,000 convertible marks.

Members of the Federal Government will also declare themselves on initiatives for credit indebtedness intended for the project on Corridor Vc, on the subsection Klopče - Donja Gračanica, and the implementation of the Rural Competitiveness Development Program.

The Federal Ministry of Justice will inform the FBiH Government about the application of the Law on Real Rights and the need to harmonize all laws and by-laws regulating property rights and other real rights with it.
