Session of the Council of Ministers of BiH: Decisions, Ratifications, Reports but No Laws Before the Ministers

(Patria) - The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina should today consider the Proposal for a Decision on the Quality of Liquid Petroleum Fuels, proposed by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH.

The Draft Decision on the Ratification of the Financing Agreement for the Cross-Border Cooperation Program Bosnia and Herzegovina - Serbia for the period 2021-2027 between the European Union, represented by the European Commission, Bosnia and Herzegovina, represented by the Directorate for European Integration of the Council of Ministers of BiH, and the Government of the Republic of Serbia, represented by the Ministry for European Integration, should also be considered.

The agenda should also include the Opinion with tender documentation for the appointment of a senior civil servant - Secretary General of the Council of Ministers of BiH. Also, consideration is planned for the Proposal for a Decision on the Criteria for Appointing Members of the Concessions Commission of BiH and the Proposal for a Decision on Appointing the Commission for Conducting the Tender Procedure for the Selection of Seven Members of the Concessions Commission of BiH.

Before the ministers today should also be the Proposal for a Decision on Appointing the Delegation of BiH to the Committee of Experts of the Council of Europe for the Evaluation of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Measures.

Consideration is also planned for the Report on the Financial Audit of BiH Institutions for 2022, and the Annual Audit Report for 2022. In the second round of voting, the ministers should declare themselves on the Proposal for a Decision on Approving the Multi-Year Project "Replacement of the Air Conditioning System in the Building of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina."
