Council of Ministers of BiH session after Brussels meeting: No laws on the agenda

(Patria) - The session of the Council of Ministers of BiH will be held on Thursday, 12/7/2023, and there are no laws on the agenda, unless something changes by the start of the session itself.

On the agenda is the Proposal of the Decision on Criteria for the Appointment of Members of the BiH Commission for Concessions and the Proposal of the Decision on the Appointment of the Commission for Conducting the Competition Procedure for the Election of Seven Members of the BiH Commission for Concessions, proposed by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH.

This commission is not working at full capacity, it is nationally unbalanced, and some members meet the conditions for retirement.

Also on the agenda are the work programs of institutions and ministries within the Council of Ministers of BiH for 2024.
