Council of Ministers of BiH Session: Reform Program for 2025 on the Agenda

(Patria) - The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at a session scheduled for Monday, February 9, should consider the Proposal of the Decision on the Adoption of the Reform Program of Bosnia and Herzegovina 2025, proposed by the Commission for Cooperation with NATO BiH.

The Proposal of the Decision on the Establishment of the State Border Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina should also be considered.

Ministers should also consider the Draft Grant Agreement (Corridor Vc Project Mostar North - Mostar South) between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, relating to an investment grant from the European Western Balkans Joint Fund program, along with the Basis for concluding the Grant Agreement.

The consideration of the Proposal of the Decision on the Adoption of the Information and Cyber Security Management Policy in BiH Institutions for the period from 2026 to 2031 is also planned.

The Proposal of the Decision on awarding the "Denis Mrnjavac" award for the promotion of tolerance and non-violence for 2025 is also one of the planned agenda items.

Among other things, the Proposal of the Opinion on the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Salaries and Allowances in BiH Institutions should be considered.

The Report on the work of the Intergovernmental Commission for monitoring the implementation of the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of BiH and the Government of the Republic of Slovenia on the employment of BiH citizens in the Republic of Slovenia for 2025 will be considered.

Ministers should also consider the Conclusion from the extraordinary session of the Presidency of BiH, held on January 7, 2026, regarding the Information on the possible military contribution of the Armed Forces of BiH to the mission of the International Stabilization Forces in Gaza.

The appointment of the Committee of Appeals for Police Officers is again proposed on the agenda.
