Council of Ministers of BiH session, no laws among 40 agenda items

(Patria) - A session of the Council of Ministers of BiH will be held in Sarajevo today, starting at 2:00 PM. There are no laws among the 40 agenda items.

Among other things, state ministers will consider the Proposal of the Strategy for Countering Trafficking in Human Beings in BiH for the period 2024-2027, proposed by the Ministry of Security of BiH.

The Draft Agreement on a Grant between BiH and the European Investment Bank, Mediterranean Corridor: Section of the Vc Highway Tunnel Kvanj-Buna, in BiH/Grant of the Joint European Fund for the Western Balkans, with the Basis for the Conclusion of the aforementioned Agreement, will also be considered.

The agenda also includes the Draft Agreement on a Grant between BiH and the European Investment Bank, Mediterranean Corridor: Section Medakovo-Ozimice of Highway 5c in BiH/Grant of the Joint European Fund for the Western Balkans, with the Basis for the Conclusion of the aforementioned Agreement.

Furthermore, the Draft Framework Agreement on a Loan between BiH and the Council of Europe Development Bank for Psychiatric Clinics in BiH will be discussed, as well as the Draft Decision on the Ratification of the Loan Agreement (Pale Central Heating Project) between BiH and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

The Draft Proposal of the Public Investment Program/Development and Investment Program of BiH Institutions 2025-2027, proposed by the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of BiH, is also part of today's agenda.

Ministers will also consider the Proposal of the Rulebook on the Internal Organization of the State Regulatory Agency for Radiation and Nuclear Safety, the Proposal of the Rulebook on Amendments and Additions to the Rulebook on the Internal Organization of the BiH Civil Service Agency, as well as the Proposal of the Rulebook on the Internal Organization of the BiH Border Police.

The Proposal of the Rulebook on Amendments and Additions to the Rulebook on the Internal Organization of the State Investigation and Protection Agency, the Proposal of the Rulebook on Amendments and Additions to the Rulebook on the Internal Organization of the BiH Competition Council, and the Proposal of the Rulebook on Amendments and Additions to the Rulebook on the Internal Organization of the Institution of the Ombudsman for Consumer Protection in BiH are also an integral part of the session's agenda.

As the last agenda item, marked as "confidential", the Proposal of the Rulebook on Amendments and Additions to the Rulebook on the Internal Organization of the BiH Institute for Execution of Criminal Sanctions, Detention and Other Measures will be considered.
