(Patria) - On Thursday, February 19, a session of the Election and Appointment Committee will be held to consider the resignation letter of KS Prime Minister Nihad Uk.

A session of the Assembly Collegium is announced for next week, which will schedule the date of the KS Assembly session, which should be held within the next ten days.

With the resignation of Prime Minister Uk, the entire Government is in resignation. The coalition partners of Our Party, from which UK comes, SDP and NIP, were not aware of the idea of submitting a resignation.

Minister of Transport Adnan Šteta said that on Thursday, February 12, a few minutes after the tram accident, he offered his resignation, but that other ministers, including the Prime Minister himself, prevented him from doing so.

Dismissal of the Government requires 18 votes, and it is not yet known whether the Trojka deputies will vote, while the deputies of Our Party should vote, given that Uk himself resigned, which was also supported by the president of Our Party, Sabina Ćudić.

With the opposition bloc SDA, DF, SBiH and the votes of the deputies of Our Party, there is a majority of 18 votes to accept the resignation. However, the problem is who will form the new Government. According to the Law on the KS Government, the new government is appointed within 60 days after the previous government is dismissed.

While DF and SBiH are not interested in forming a government in KS seven months before the General Elections, the KO SDA announced a statement for today, when it will be clearer whether there are any discussions on this topic and with whom.
