House of Representatives of PFBiH Session: Several Laws on the Agenda, State of the Pension System, Reports on FBiH Indebtedness

(Patria) - The session of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH will be held today and tomorrow starting at 10 AM, with thirteen items on the agenda.

Thus, the representatives will consider the Proposal for a Law amending the Law on Fire Protection and Firefighting under an urgent procedure, as well as the Proposal for a Law on the Procedure for Transfer of Ownership of Real Estate Owned by the Federation of BiH, Cantons, Cities, and Municipalities in Disaster-Affected Areas under an expedited procedure.

Also on the agenda is the Proposal for a Law amending and supplementing the Law on Salaries and Other Allowances of Judges and Prosecutors in the Federation of BiH under an expedited procedure, as well as the Proposal for a Law amending the Law on Salaries and Allowances in the Authorities of the Federation of BiH.

The Proposal for a Law amending and supplementing the Law on the Sale of Apartments with Tenancy Rights will also be considered.

On the agenda are several reports on the execution of the FBiH Budget for 2023 and 2024, as well as the Report on the Investment of Public Funds of the Federation of BiH for the period from 01/01/2024 to 12/31/2024, the Report on the Indebtedness of the Federation of BiH from the issuance of bonds as of 03/18/2025, the Report on the Indebtedness of the Federation of BiH from the issuance of bonds as of 03/25/2025, the Report on the Indebtedness of the Federation of BiH from the issuance of bonds as of 04/15/2025, the Report on the Indebtedness of the Federation of BiH from the issuance of bonds as of 05/06/2025, the Report on the Indebtedness of the Federation of BiH from the issuance of treasury bills as of 03/04/2025, the Report on the Indebtedness of the Federation of BiH from the issuance of treasury bills as of 04/08/2025, the Report on the Indebtedness of the Federation of BiH from short-term loans from commercial banks as of 02/28/2025, the Report on the Indebtedness of the Federation of BiH from short-term loans from commercial banks as of 03/31/2025.

Also on the agenda is the Information on the State of the Pension System of the Federation of BiH with proposals for improvement, and the Information from the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Institute.

The harmonization of the Proposal for a Law amending and supplementing the Criminal Code of the Federation of BiH is also planned, and the last item is elections and appointments.
