SIPA arrests one person for organized crime

(Patria) - Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency yesterday, as part of continued operational activities in the case "Šljivice", under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, arrested one person who is being linked to the commission of the criminal offense of "Organized Crime", in connection with the criminal offense of "Illicit Traffic in Excise Products", as prescribed by the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

- The arrested person underwent criminal investigation and questioning as a suspect, after which they will be handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina within the legal deadline for further jurisdiction - SIPA stated.
