SIPA temporarily suspends activities in RS: RS Ministry of Interior refuses to implement two BiH Prosecutor's Office orders!

(Patria) - The State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) has temporarily suspended its activities in the Republika Srpska, Istraga.ba has learned from multiple sources within SIPA.

There is no official act within SIPA ordering this, but the Director of SIPA, Darko Ćulum, under pressure from the authorities of Republika Srpska, ordered his subordinates to "temporarily suspend" all activities in the RS.

It was ordered that SIPA can only act "intelligence-wise" in the RS, but cannot carry out any more concrete actions until the middle of next week when a final decision on further activities will be made.

According to Istraga's information, today the RS Ministry of Interior also refused to implement two orders from the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In addition, the RS Ministry of Interior refused to provide SIPA with a criminal-intelligence record extract for two individuals from Banja Luka who were arrested for threatening state judge Sena Uzunović.

SIPA, we remind you, arrested Marko Plavšić and Ljuban Vuković last night in Banja Luka for threatening the judge who convicted the President of RS, Milorad Dodik. Dodik himself reacted to this.

- How is it possible that our people in SIPA do not see what is happening here? We are just waiting to legally finish this, and it will be finished, SIPA will not act here. How could you send two people to Sarajevo? Shame on you.

After that, the Director of SIPA, Darko Ćulum, was invited to Banja Luka for a meeting with the leaders of the RS Ministry of Interior. Ćulum resisted issuing a written order prohibiting SIPA members from working in the RS.

However, to reduce the pressure, Ćulum informed the heads of all departments in SIPA and told them to suspend most activities in the RS until Wednesday, and it was ordered to cease operational cooperation with the RS Ministry of Interior.

We remind you that the National Assembly of RS passed the Law on Non-Application of Laws and Prohibition of Activities of Certain BiH Institutions in the Territory of RS last night.

"This law stipulates the non-application and non-execution of laws and the prohibition of activities of unconstitutional BiH institutions in the territory of Republika Srpska.

The Law on the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", no. 49/09, 74/09 and 97/09) will not be applied or executed in the territory of Republika Srpska.

The Law on the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", no. 42/03, 3/03, 37/03, 42/03, 9/04, 35/04, 61/04 and 97/09) will not be applied or executed in the territory of Republika Srpska.

The Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", no. 25/04, 93/05, 48/07, 63/23, 9/24 and 50/24) will not be applied or executed in the territory of Republika Srpska.

The Law on the State Investigation and Protection Agency ("Official Gazette of BiH", no. 27/04, 63/04, 35/05, 49/09 and 40/12) will not be applied or executed in the territory of Republika Srpska", it is stated in the Law adopted in the NSRs.

All of this followed after the BiH Court sentenced Dodik to one year in prison and a six-year ban from holding office for not implementing the decisions of the OHR.
