SIPA searched the premises of the International University of Cazin and PU Vita plus Cazin

(Patria) - SIPA members searched the premises of the International University of Cazin and PU Vita plus Cazin.

Acting on the orders of the Cantonal Court in Bihać, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (hereinafter: SIPA) yesterday searched the premises of the International University of Cazin and PU Vita plus Cazin in Cazin with the aim of finding traces and items related to the commission of the criminal offense from Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, "Organized Crime", in connection with the criminal offenses from Article 383, "Abuse of Official Position or Authority", Article 373, "Forgery", Article 273, "Tax Evasion", and Article 272, "Money Laundering" of the same law.

During the search, SIPA police officers discovered and temporarily seized various documentation and other items that may serve as evidence in further criminal proceedings. The aforementioned activities were carried out in cooperation with officials from the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Una-Sana Canton and the Cantonal Administration for Inspection Affairs Bihać, it was stated by SIPA.
