SIPA announces visit to Official Gazette of Republika Srpska

(Patria) - SIPA officials contacted the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska and announced their arrival to obtain certain information upon the order of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, in connection with the publication of decrees by the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik on the non-application of decisions of the BiH Constitutional Court and the High Representative in this entity.

"I do not consider myself important enough, but such is the state, such is the coup. We can take good news from them, as they say in my village, officials of their favorite Agency for Investigations and Protection, SIPA, contacted us yesterday. They were very kind and asked to obtain information from the Official Gazette based on the decisions of the Prosecutor's Office. We are very relaxed about that too," said acting director of the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska, Miloš Lukić, for RTRS.

He said that certain pressure has been created on Republika Srpska.

"That's why we did it on Sunday morning. I came to work at 8:00 AM, and at 8:01 AM the signature was already there. The signature gave consent for the Law on the Non-Application of the High Representative's Decision on the Non-Application of the Constitutional Court's Decisions not to be published in the Official Gazette on the territory of Republika Srpska. We are only doing our job, it is our legal obligation. I am on the same front line as the President of Republika Srpska, all institutions, and I am satisfied that it is so - concluded Lukić."
