SIPA searched three legal entities in Goražde

GORAŽDE, (Patria) - In continuation of activities in the case codenamed "Zadruga", police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency on Tuesday, February 26, 2018, searched the official premises of three legal entities in the area of Goražde.

The searches were carried out by order of the Cantonal Court of Sarajevo Canton, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that the criminal offenses of "Organized Crime" from Article 342 of the Criminal Code of FBiH, in connection with the criminal offenses of "Money Laundering" from Article 272 of the Criminal Code of FBiH and "Abuse of Office" from Article 383 of the Criminal Code of FBiH, were committed. On this occasion, a larger quantity of documentation was found and temporarily confiscated.

Upon completion of the searches, criminal processing of responsible persons was carried out at the official premises of SIPA.

Activities were carried out with the support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Bosansko-podrinjski Canton.
